RESERVATION CONDITIONS for individual travellers
Mode of payment: Cash, Chilean checks.
Non-residents paying in foreign currency: ask about tax exemption.
Reservation:
After making a deposit of 100%, your reservation is complete.
We may take a reservation without a deposit. In this case, please
confirm two weeks before your arrival date (phone, fax or email) and
then again the day before. Unless we have made special arrangements with
you, we will hold your room until 6:00 p.m.
Cancellation: Must be done via fax or email. Cancellation 10 or more days before: 100% refund minus 3000 CLP for administrative costs. Less then 10 days: 50% refund. Cancellation the day before or no show: no refund.
